Who are we?
Let me introduce you:
Owner Anke Colijn is a well-known Dutch architect. She stayed in Thailand for a long time, and studied the building methods for houses in a warm climate. She applied this knowledge to her design of the villas.
Combined with her own travel experiences and wishes, she realised the ideal holiday homes. The houses are comfortable, luxurious, and spacious, with private swimming pool, terrace and garden. The villas are located in Avalon, a pleasant neighborhood, close to the centre of Hua Hin. The buildings form a tasty mixture of European and Thai buidling styles.
Anke took great care to create a stylish interior, by personally selecting furniture and decoration. The houses were built on stilts, which leaves a large space underneath your villa. This is a great place to be: after a beautiful day in Hua Hin or its surroundings it's particularly pleasant to relax in your home far away from home.
The houses are very comfortable to stay over in the winter, and because of the exeptional desing of the outer door spaces just as well for the hot summers or the rainy season.
The Dutch Cor Nouwens in Hua Hin will take care that you'll have a wonderful time. He will be ready for you when you need anything, like renting a taxi or scooter, or would like to book one of the many attractions around Hua Hin.

The sea and the beaches with a lot of sun, eating on the beach or watersport are on 3 km, ther is a lot to do and to see nearby. Beside of that; Hua Hin is the best place to use for seeing the highlights of Thailand and the parks. And there is the golf! (see our golf and golfcourse chapter)
