As a holiday home, to hibernate, hot season

As a holiday home, to hibernate, hot season.

Whenever you rent a house in another country, you want to feel safe, comfortable and at home. That's been the guiding principle for Anke Colijn when she designed the villas: spacious, with sun as well as shadow on every terrace, and each villa with its own private swimming pool.

The holiday homes are complete, comfortable, and full of atmosphere, and are located in a colourful garden with palm trees and hibiscus. The villas are ideally suited for a group or family of multiple generations, but also very suitable for two couples: away together, but still complete privacy.

Villa design: sun and shadow

Of course you come to enjoy the sun during your holiday. However, it can be extremely hot in Thailand. There is airconditioning but the special design cools the villas in a natural way as well: healthy, soundlessly, and pleasantly. This way you'll have more contact with the lovely Thai climate, and will your bedroom stay cool.

Beside of sun it was important to create shadow around the house.
The elegant villas stand on poles, with a 130 m² terrace underneath, along with your private swimming pool. There is always a little bit of wind there, even in summer. I keep hearing the guest really love it. On the first and second floor there are large terraces connected to kitchen and living room. Also here wind can come in.  Any moment of the day you'll be able to find a comfortable spot outside even in rany season.
The holiday homes are surrounded by their own gardens containing hedgerow flowers and palm trees.

The roof is isolated very well, so at evening it is not to hot in the sleeping rooms.

The neighborhood

Kao Noi lies just outside the city centre of Hua Hin and close to the beach. There are multiple golf courses nearby. The quarter looks out onto the mountains in the surroundings, and onto several temples. The villas in Avalon are quite varied, but still have common aspects in their mix of European and Thai styles. If you come from the beach, you'll drive past shops, restaurants, the supermarket, en whatever you could further need on holiday.

The 105 villas' owners take care of the public green areas, clean streets, and a 24/7 security. This is where children can  play outsidesafely while you enjoy your peace at your swimming pool.
