Electricity consumption will be charged according to meter. Electricity is cheap in Thailand, but airco's take a lot. So, if you put on your airco a lot of hours and forget to close the doors, then it will be more expensive. It is up to yourself to keep the bill a low one.

When you make your reservation, please let us know whether you'd need a normal taxi or a minivan, your estimated arrival time, flight number, and airline.

We can arrange that a scooter will be ready for you at the house when you arrive. - Extra cleaning weekly/daily you arrange with the care-taker.

- At Kao Noi's exit there are always taxis waiting.
- Booking excursions: Hua Hin is ideally located for many highlights in Mid Thailand: Bangkok is only a 2½ hour drive away. The famous floating market is even closer to Hua Hin than to Bangkok.
Tropical beaches, internationally renowned golf courses, water sports facilities and nature reserves are within reach. Furthermore, you can book countless excursions to national parks, waterfalls, hot springs, the River Kwai, Petchaburi, elephant safari, boat trips, etc.
The best way to book your excursion is locally; the team of Anke’s Villas in Hua Hin will be glad to help. - Note: walking, even smal distances, is exhausting in the tropical heat. Do as the Thai: use tuk tuks or hire a scooter.
