Kao Noi ‘Village’
Anke's villas are located in former Avalon, just outside the city centre of Hua Hin, 3 kilometers away from Thailand's most beautiful beaches. Two magnificent temples and the elephant village lie literally around the corner. Of all the new settlements, this is most near to the centre and the beach. Just in front of the entrance is a little shop.
In Hua hin are more artractions than in the most beachplaces, because it is a town. So you find a lot to do if you want half a day axcursions, culture or watersport. Also a lot of people come because of the golf. Than it is a perfect get-away to see the highlights of Thailand or the 3 nearby parks.
The villas are in a safe and green neighborhood where children can have a great time playing outside. There is sun, but also enough shadow. The quarter has 24/7 security. Avalon ‘Village’ has a characteristic style, unique in Thailand. The villas are all different, built in a European and Thai style, best of two cultures. Many owners inhabit their villas part-time or permanently. The population is international, but mainly European.

You can find the projest on the next coordinates: 12 grades 13' 19.85" N / 99 grades 56' 20.83. It is just outside Hua Hin and above the number 318 route (just were is it a bit going north, to go south just after that) You recognize it because of its geometrical oulines, with a circel in the midst. And the red tiles of the roofs. It is a photo of 2006, so my houses are not yet on it, but they are on the outside, richt above in the corner.
Around Kao Noi
Kao Noi lies on 2 km from the city centre of Hua Hin, close to the beach with a view over the Gulf of Siam. If you look over the land, you'll see a hilly landscape and some temples. No less than eleven golf courses lie within a ten minute drive from Kao Noi. Of all the recently built quarters, this villa part is the closest to the village centre and beach.
From Koa Noi everything you could wish for is within reach. Beautiful beaches, a lively nightlife, markets, shops, many different restaurants, the best golf courses in Thailand, wildlife reserves, and many other attractions. And when you get ‘home’, there is peace and quiet, a luxurious house, and coolness in your own swimming pool and garden.
When you drive home from the beach, you'll first pass the night market with a large number of restaurants, super market, laundrette, etc. It is possible to have your laundry collected at your holiday home, and returned when ready.
A scooter can be rented for 1000 Bath/week . At the exit of the quarter there's always a taxi available, which can get you to the city centre. Convenient: they'll wait for you if you want to do some shopping on your way back.
