Eating in Hua Hin.
Eating in Hua Hin is a party. Stalls any where have the tastiest fish, sea fruits, shells, pasta with tasty vegetables and you name it. Everything completely fresh. There is so much that all tests is almost impossible.
On the 4 (!) night markets, restaurants have, in addition to entire rows all fish and shrimp, also Western food; fresh and cheap. For a delicious steak house.
On many terraces in the Centre you can sit back with a beer or a delicious cocktail and look to the people strolling around.
On the South side of the Centre of Hua Hin is a large modern shopping centre where they primarily have Western food, including delicious European tarts.
Cooking Course.
Cooking courses are everywhere in Hua Hin. Here one learns with local herbs and vegetables of the market cooking. It is very convivial, eat is after the course the students jointly made it.
